Boom Pow Vegan Kitchen is a ghost kitchen operating in Virginia Beach. We collect the minimum information needed to fulfill orders, run promotions, and communicate with you:

• Contact info: Name, email address, and phone number when you join our waitlist, place an order, or contact us.
• Order details: Items ordered, delivery or pickup preferences, and special instructions.
• Payment data: We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe). We only retain transaction references for receipts and refunds.
• Device / usage data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools to improve our site and service.

We use your information only for legitimate business purposes:

• Process and deliver your orders.
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and support responses.
• Send promotional emails and SMS about new menu items, specials, and events — only if you opt in or do not opt out.
• Improve our website, menu, and customer experience through analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, food-safety records).

We use the following third-party tools to understand how visitors use our site:

• Delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) when you order through their apps — subject to their privacy policies.
